Here is a list of suggested school supplies put together by the Mason teachers.

NOTE: This list is several years old so it is recommended that you check with your childs teacher.

KINDERGARTEN

• Traditional backpack (large enough to fit a notebook)
• Lunch box (if eating cold lunch)
• Tissues, large box (soft ones please)
• Hand/baby wipes
• Slide lock zipper Ziploc bag (gallon/quart or snack size)
• Brown paper lunch bags
• Magic Rub erasers

For home use:

• Crayons     
• Pencils
• Glue sticks 
• Scissors for children 
• Primary lined writing paper

FIRST GRADE

• Traditional backpack
• Large box of tissue
• 1 box of washable markers
• 1 box of colored pencils
• 16 count crayons
• Child sized scissors
• Glue sticks    
• Gallon size Ziploc storage bags
• Hand sanitizer
• Hand/baby wipes
• Paper towels
• Yellow highlighters
• Hand held pencil sharpener
• Band aids

SECOND GRADE

• Traditional backpack    
• Tissues (2 large boxes)
• Crayons, 24 count (1 box)
• Ziploc bags (gallon, snack or sandwich size)
• Paper towels
• Colored pencils (pkg. of 12)
• Yellow highlighter (1)
• Large glue sticks (2)
• Elmer’s glue 4 ounces
• Small & medium Post-its
• Scissors, small, sharp (1)
• Erasers-Pencil tops or rectangular
• Dry erase markers / erasers

THIRD GRADE

• 3-Ring Binder (2" or 3")

• Notebook paper (wide, loose leaf)
